I got the same issue recently when we updated a Service Pack to our Production environment .
Here is the way i resolved my issue .
1. Go to the Hierarchy Maintenance screen of 0Costcenter . You will find that, it will be in M version . Just Activate that .
2. Try to run your PC again .
What is the process type you have after your Save all Hierarchies is it Change run ??? If yes it will run fine when you trigger your PC again .
