Hi,
Have you tried duplicating a new copy of the A5 PLD.
Duplicate then change the size to A4 then adjust your text dont go below.
The error might be your text or object are out of the margin.
For testing purposes you may remove other bottom fields of the report then try to print if
still printing 2 copies. This is a trial error testing.
