Use Transaction Code AS_AFB.
Select the object you want to read from left menu and than select the correct file session name.
List of all tables from the archived session can be read one by one.
Also search tab can be used . First maintain search filters include your search file and execute background job to retrieve data.
This transaction helps when read option is not available and data needs to be validated before execution of delete job.
