Hi Aidie Trinidad,
I got this error message before and I am not sure the reason in my case relates to wifi/LAN setting or not but I have experienced that if the OLE DB Provider you selected when creating crystal report is not available in the SQL database server, this error will appear.
In more detail:
1. normally when create connection to SQL database on crystal report design environment, you can select many OLE DB Provide type such as Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server or SQL Server Native Client xx.xx, etc...
2. when you install MS SQL Server on your database server, by default you have SQL Server or SQL Server Native Client only. You can check this through Control Panel -->Administration Tools --> Datasource (ODBC)
3 so if the OLE DB Driver you have selected at (1) is not listed in (2) --> we have this error
