Hi Ashok,
Though it is not advisable to delete entries from these Global tables, but still incase if required you can go to the table view V_T005 to make any changes. But pls note that the same table is being used for the field "Country of Birth" as well. So pls ensure that you delete entries only from the Nationality / Nationality (Long) fields.
