I got the same error when applying SAP Note "0001944270 SLT (2011 SP06 / 2010 SP10) - Correction 01" after the installation of DMIS SP06.  According to SAP instruction in the above note:

1. during the note activation the following systax error might popup: CL_IUUC_ODQ_PROVIDER, Public section
   method "IF_ODQ_QUEUE_MODEL~GET_FIELDINFOS" is not declared or inherited in class CL_IUUC_ODQ_PROVIDER.
   If you use or plan to use the replication scenario into SAP BW ODQ (Operational Delta Queue) then please install the note 1817467 before installing this note.
   Otherwise you can ignore this error and choose the option "activate anyway".

Since the note 1817467 doesn't apply in my system, I had to choose activate away.  Just wonder what's the follow-up if I need to do replication scenario into SAP BW ODQ in the future.
